Commercial Description:
Fomerly known as Yellowstone Pale Ale. A traditional-style pale ale with a golden color and a full malt flavor that is surpassed only by the clean, crisp hop quality. The flowery, hop aroma is enhanced by a generous portion of dry hopping. Brewed from pale malted barley, crystal, Munich, carastan malts, Pacific Northwest hops, water and ale yeast. Note: last brewed by Mendocino Brewing.

(Brewed and bottled by Mendocino Brewing NY) For the most part a simple sweet APA. The hops show best on the finish.

Vaguely hazy copper. Nose malty, some caramel, bit citric. Flavor is more malty than hoppy, not particularly APA-ish. Bit of hoppiness, somewhat grassy and some orange as well.

Aroma is mild. Some hoppy notes in there with a hint of a skunky smell. Pour is a copper color very very slightly hazy with mild white head. Start is hoppy, with hop nots throughout. Mild hops. Finish has hints of orange rinds. A decent APA.

Light-medium gold with small white head. Hops with hints of nuts. For an APA, fairly modesly hoppy.

Couldn't detect much an an aroma beyond "beer". Color is medium gold with a smallish head (poured from the bottle). Taste is initially malty with a slight fruitiness. Here comes the hops, just in the nick of time--bitternes sis far from overbearing. This is a well-balanced beer in terms of flavor and it is amazingly smooth as well. Nice!

gold appearance. Close to no head. Nuts, berries, vanilla in the nose. A bit of a stale malt and nut feeling and flavor. Fairly mild carbonation, with some small hints of honey, ginger, and wet paper.
