Cloudy straw color with a tallish recycled paper colored head. I smell lots of oats in this one, mild citrus and a touch of spice. Some herbal undertones as well. Lemonade start and finish. Middle has some mild spices of mace and cloves. Finish is watery and has a carbonated water taste and feel. Easy enough to drink and a would be a decent summer quencher. Flying Dog seems to be doing alright with this one.

ACBeerfest-12oz bottle-pours a white head and cloudy straw color. Aroma is clove, wheat. Taste is over spiced clove, wheat. Thin mouth feel. OK effervescence. Occasional.

Bottle. Beer is light, pale yellow. Cloudy. Head is white, average-sized, frothy, mostly diminishing, very lacey. The aroma is about par: Malty with light notes of toasted grain; Hoppy with light notes of lemon; Yeasty with a light doughy note; Miscellaneous notes of moderate coriander. The flavor is lightly sweet, lightly bitter, moderately acidic with an average-length, lightly bitter, lightly acidic finish. Generous huskiness in the rets. The body is light, the texture is watery and the carbonation is lively.

Bottle. Head is initially average sized, frothy, white, mostly lasting. Body is hazy light to medium yellow, bottle conditioned. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly hoppy (herbs), lightly yeasty (cobwebs), with light notes of lemon zest, coriander. Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Fairly light on character in all ways, but it looks pretty nice and is certainly very quaffable.

(bottle - 12 oz) Cloudy golden in color with a thin white head. Aroma is loaded with wheat but not a whole lot of citrus. Flavor was very watery and grainy with some citrus but not a whole lot. Finish was very watery and metallic.

Hazy golden color, small white head that had a little bit of a decent hang time then faded to leave little behind. The aroma was wheaty with a decent spicy side and possibly a bit of some citrus in there as well. The flavor was nothing special. The usual wheat taste and mild citrus notes with a decent but uneventful spice side.It goes down fairly smoothly but as far as the flavor goes it really needs some help IMO,it’s worth trying but not worth trying to often.

I really enjoyed overall the character of this beer. It was quite easy to drink, very refreshing and it hit the spot after a hot day. Aroma was peppery, right off the bat. It also had a little orange in the nose and some herbs, but mainly pepper. Appearance was a white/hazy yellow hue, minimal head. Mouthfeel was light and refreshing. Flavors were definitely orange, some carbonation, sweet malt, slightly tart and corriander (love that). Another decent beer that get gets the "unrated" opinion of being a great beer for a great price.

What a disappointment. This must be the worst wit I’ve had so far. Some orange and coriander was present in the aroma, but boy, the flavor was bitter and totally lacking the fresh spunk of a good floral, citrusy, and bright witbier. Can do way better within this style.
