Aug 23, 2009 Bottled. A golden beer with a lazing thin white head. The aroma has notes of brewing cereal, straw, and a bit of hops. The flavor is sweet - unfermented wort, straw, and a bit of hops, leading to a dry strawy finish.

Deep golden colour, soapy white head.
Weak malty/grainy aroma. Not much a flavour. Weak malty flavour with toffee/caramel finish. Biergenuss is quite far from this. Can’t really say that this is bad, but quite flavourless anyway.

Feb 10, 2009 Bottled (from beerangel.de). Deep golden colour, mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is grains, hay and some mild herbal notes. Flavour is malty, but also has some rather rubbery notes as well as some mild notes of toffeelike sweetness. Unbalanced and rather unpleasant.
