"Poured a golden color with a nice fluffy head and left solid lacing. Aroma was very malty and yeasty. Flavor was much the same little bready. Solid beer. "

Draft at the brickstore. Clear golden color. Well carbonated. Sweet yeasty aroma. Yeast and bread flavors. Light body, quick finish. Good beer for this time of year.

Draft @ The Brick Store: Clear golden color with a small white head. Sweet and malty aroma with some yeasty notes. Grainly with light apples. The flavor matched. Malty sweet and grainy. With cereal notes and light yeastiness. Medium bodied.

On draught at the Brick Store in a really cool 1/2 liter curved mug with the Maibock logo. Really nice glass. Rich golden body, good creamy head. The aroma is lightly hopped. Slightly honey-like maltiness. The beer menu at the Brick Store had this listed at 9%, but I really find that hard to believe. Pretty easy drinking, a bit on the hefty side for the body for a lager, but fairly tasty. Not a bad ber.

Pretty decent aroma of malt. Flavor of some malt, grain, and a nice sweet taste. Can’t really complain.

draft: golden yellow with fluffy head. Nice lacing on the glass. Aroma was full of sweet malt. remincent of baking bread with some grassiness. The flavor is reflective of the aroma. very rich and bready. Lovely malt character. Nice peppery hop balance. Mouthfeel was a bit thin

Draught. Clear, golden body with a fluffy, white head. Slightly sweet malt, biscuits, whole grains, fresh grass, mild Noble hop character and a light, sweet residual malt element. The body is pretty creamy and smooth with mild carbonation and plenty of heft. The flavor is mostly sweet up front with a mild bitter kick toward the finish. While not the most complex or most amazing example of this style I’ve ever had, it’s tasty and enjoyable, mostly clean and quite fresh.
