Jun 7, 2008 Bottle. Light golden pour with tiny bubbles and a medium, frothy white head. Sweet, caramel-malt aroma. Yeasty and malty with adequate hops. Nice lager.

Jun 6, 2008 Bottle from World Market in Davis, CA. Pours a pale golden color with a ton of carbonation. Thin while head that left an ample amount of lacing on the glass. Sweet aroma. Commericial description says there’s hops in the beer, but I didn’t really taste any. Pretty good beer, but not one I would drink on a regular basis.

Jun 3, 2008 Nice fruity aroma! A small head upon pour and the beer settles quickly into a golden yellow color. Good flavor and a nice easy finish.

May 29, 2008 I give it average all the way through because the taste didn’t overly impress me. However, on tap the it seems a little livelier. Pours a straw yellow colour, medium head. Aroma of corn, german hops and lemon. Taste is full on the palate, slightly bitter finish.

May 27, 2008 Bottle. Pours a clear, gold color. Small, bubbly white head. Sweet aroma. Nice medium body. Crisp bready malt flavor. Finish has a bit of hop bitterness.

May 26, 2008 Updated: Sep 6, 2008An outstanding lager. Pours a gorgeous although relatively light gold with a nice head and generous carbonation. Nice balance betwee malt and hops - definitely not overly sweet. I didn’t even get a trace of skunk, perhaps I got lucky. I could drink a lot of these. I enjoy all of my beer cold and keep a sixer of this on hand in a large bucket of ice water at all times. I find this a better brew than Optimator although I’m sure I could find an argument from somebody on this. Recommend highly.

May 16, 2008 Yellow gold, white small head that diminishes totally. Yeasty aroma pulls me away from the bottle at first. quite yeasty, sweet and sour. Very clear liquorice aftertaste. Very white wine -like with hops. feels like white wine with 15% alc. very strong. yeast bread malts on nose blown from mouth. Not so good but very interesting.
