Commercial Description:
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: Water, Barley Malt, Hops & Hop extract.
Sold as Münchner Hell in Germany, München in the UK and Premium in North America.
This beer is our speciality. In 1894 Spaten became the first brewery in Munich to produce this brand of light lager. Golden in color with a well-balanced hop-flavor. The full rounded body is a superb balance between hops and a malty sweetness.

0.5l Bottle: Pours pale yellow-ish with a decent head. Pretty good for a lager, refreshing and reminds me a lot of the Stella you get on tap in Belgium (must better than UK Stella).

Bottle. Grassy, hoppy and vanilla notes. Pours a clear amber beer with a large white head and some carbonation. Taste is light, hoppy and typical of a lager/helles. Quite enjoyable.

This is a German beer and it tastes like one. The same characteristic bite that many other German brew have, this one does too. I honestly do not find it much different in taste that Beck’s or some of the other German lagers.

very carbonated, looks like champagne; strange skunky scent; very distinctive flavor with some bite, yet hard to describe; dry, bitter aftertaste

Easy to drink at first but after a while it gets harder to stand its bitter taste. A good head apearence and quite fizzy. Good flavor but not lasting.
