Commercial Description:
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: Water, Barley Malt, Hops & Hop extract.
Sold as Münchner Hell in Germany, München in the UK and Premium in North America.
This beer is our speciality. In 1894 Spaten became the first brewery in Munich to produce this brand of light lager. Golden in color with a well-balanced hop-flavor. The full rounded body is a superb balance between hops and a malty sweetness.

botlle, claer and golden. Hay, grass, sweet and bitter, a nice balance. Would go well with a salami and cheese sandwich, extra mustard. Very good lager.

On tap: Clear and clean throughout. The hops were apparent with a floral overtone in the nose and a bitter finish.

Draught. Hop nose. Clear pale colour. Decent head. Clean taste, good finish. What you would expect from a German brew............ No a mass.

The aroma is of hops, honey, and a hint of wildflowers, and the taste is exceptionally clean with malt and honey characteristics. This beer goes down amazingly smooth and is very refreshing. A top flight lager.

Pours a crystal clear pale yellow with a large white head. Was a nice beer. Not as fond of the Lagers as I once was but tastes change.
