Commercial Description:
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: Water, Barley Malt, Hops & Hop extract.
Sold as Münchner Hell in Germany, München in the UK and Premium in North America.
This beer is our speciality. In 1894 Spaten became the first brewery in Munich to produce this brand of light lager. Golden in color with a well-balanced hop-flavor. The full rounded body is a superb balance between hops and a malty sweetness.

Pours a bright gold color with a soft foamy white head. Nice aroma of nuts and malt. Flavor was okay, with a nice light hoppiness. Aftertaste ruined it, bitter and skunky. Not a fan of this one.

500 ml bottle. Lasting coarse greyish head over a pale brilliant yellow golden body. Dry, dusty and hayish hops to the nose. Vague notes of dry pale malts. Clean, semi-dry malt taste with fresh bittering hops. Crisp, but thin mouthfeel. Skinny body. Short, light bitter end. Easy to drink, easy to forget. But still very quaffable.

Bottle from aldi. Aroma is pale slightly grainy pale lager malts, with a good grassy, slightly green hay hop character. Taste is of similar banter with a pepperyness at the end, quite a dry finish. Nice one i defo dig it.

Pours a pale golden yellow. Clean and crisp, this one is perfect after mowing the lawn on a hot summer day.

Really nothing special, just a better version of some of the pale lagers you find in most bars.

The bottle looks a little bit too simple I think. The beer starts very modest. Tastes somehow like wheat without being spicy. Strange. Balanced finish, not bad!

Strong bitter aroma. White soft foam and golden colour. Strong wood flavor with a bitter palate. Better taste in a cold winter.
