Aroma cerealoso simile a quello della oktoberfestbier, sapore buono. Una hell senza pretese che però si lascia bere. Optigon (562), Bloomington, Indiana, USA
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | Aug 8, 2007 Aroma is lightly grassy. Flavor is rather sweet with a strange hop hit. Not a huge fan on this one. garthicus (1311), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 4/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Aug 6, 2007 Botle, gold colour with a large head. An initial grassy aroma with hints of soured milk. Very light tasting, bland enough but with a slight hoppy finish. Nothing incredible. I’m not much for lagers, but I really like this one. Very light, slightly sweet flavour. Highly drinkable and I think this would make a great summer session beer (if it were readily available here in beer-starved Ontario). bhensonb (4372), Woodland, California, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Aug 4, 2007 Bottle. Sweet floral hop aroma. Bright, brassy gold color with a head that filmed quickly. Medium bodied, mildly carbonated, tastes of pale malt sweetness and light stone fruit. It is balanced, though the hop is not so much bitter as floral. Clean, crisp, and so much better than so many lagers. Must be one of the best of the style. A lager I can actually enjoy drinking. That’s rather unusual. lb4lb (2011), Austin, Texas, USA
| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Aug 4, 2007 Typical taste. Light malt, big yeasty, doughiness. I hate it. Piss gold, white head, musty smell and taste and a bit undercarbonated. Call it a dortmunder/helles, but it still is boring, average, and I don’t like anything about it. Paid 5.25 for it on tap and left half of it. downender (2634), Bristol, Gloucestershire, England
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 4, 2007 Bottle. Golden coloured with a decent white head. Sweet malt aroma with a whiff of hay and floral hops. Flavour started sweet with some herbal hops and a decent, dry finish. Not bad.
