Commercial Description:
Amber in color. This medium bodied beer has achieved its impeccable taste by balancing the roasted malt flavor with the perfect amount of hops. Having a rich textured palate with an underlying sweetness true to tradition.

On tap. Light brown and filtered. Nose of malts and german yeasts. Taste is malty, a bit spicy, and a bit alcoholic for a 6 percent beer. Very thin. OK.

Sampled at the Second Cellar Reduction. Pours a light amber with some white head and slight chill haze. Nose is caramel malt and some biscuit. Flavor notes of toasted malt, some honey, and a touch of nuttiness. Medium creamy body with medium carbonation. Very nice actually, Id drink this again.

Pours an amber orange with an off-white head. Nose is very light with a touch of malt and marzen. Sweet malts and marzen with an earthy finish. Nothing special. 6/3/7/3/12 = 3.1

Bottle. Translucent copper with a small offwhite head. Smooth hints of caramel and malts, not too sugary, and a moderate mouthfeel.

Pours a very clear copper color with a very small slightly off-white head... Smells of sweet malts... Tastes of the same sweet malts with a subtle hoppiness... Wonderful flavor for a marzen(not my favorite style by a longshot)... Medium bodied, lingering sweetness, lingering mouthfeel... Top notch marzen...
