| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | May 21, 2008 On tap at the Biergarten Restaurant in Epcot, Disney World. A dark amber with a decent sized white head in the huge 1L mug it was served in. At first, tasted very similar to Optimator, with the dark roasted, bready malt flavor coming through. As it warmed, it got a little fruitier and the sweet malt came out. A good beer, but maybe not one I’d return to anytime soon. fredandboboflo (1417), East Setauket, New York, USA

Lots of sweet, bready malt notes, sort of a mixture of pale and roasted. Hops aren’t really highlighted, just there to give all that sweetness a backbone. Very nice.
