Amber in color. This medium bodied beer has achieved its impeccable taste by balancing the roasted malt flavor with the perfect amount of hops. Having a rich textured palate with an underlying sweetness true to tradition.

Crystal clear amber body. Strong malt, molasses aromas. Very malty sweet and clean flavors. Good marzen, not my favorite style.

12 oz. bottle - Pours a clear deep copper color with a one finger thick off white head. Aroma and flavor is toasted malt and light esters. Medium body. A good, clean Märzen.

Shifty amber body with a strong, thick white head that remains the duration of the tasting...aroma possesses that soft, nondescript presence that allows for pleasant drinking of multiple bottles in a night...light to medium body that is short, crisp and acidic once it hits the back of the tongue...relazed carbonation allows for multiple bottles in a night...overall, after having sample nearly a dozen marzens and ’fests this fall, an original still finds its place among the many imitators...not as sweet or intense as others, but comfortable in its balance and usefulness for multiple...bottles... in...a...night...

Beautiful copper color with off-white head (one finger). Malty aroma with notes of bread. Medium bodied palette that balances bitterness and sweetness very well. Malty with hint of roasted grain. Finishes clean. Very satisfying.

Great amber-orange crystal malty color. Aroma is fresh. Flavor is well balanced hops, with some fruity overtones. Malt is delightfully understated. This was a pleasant surprise.

Typical amber color of a Marzen. The aroma is malty, some alcohol notes. Flavor also typical to a marzen, with the malts dominating. Kind of an abrupt finish. Decent marzen overall.

Malty smell, amber color, white head. Sweet and malty taste, with lots of doughiness.

Draught. Light and sweet malt nose, biscuity/grassy. Golden amber, thin white head. Nice malt flavor, opens sharp and folds into a smoother and sweeter beer with lots of drinkability.
