Bottle. Pour was light to medium golden with a nice off white head. Aroma was crisp with light biscuit and a touch of hop. Flavor was clean and smooth with more bread character. Dry and refreshing with a well balanced hop flavor. Good brew.

Dec 18, 2009 Pours dark amber with a nice off white head. The aroma is very dry and dusty. Pilsner like, really. The flavor is sweeter with a little caramel and spice to balance out the dusty hop finish. A very pleasant and drinkable oktoberfest.

Dec 4, 2009 12 oz. bottle poured into a lager glass. Pours a beautiful clear, light copper color with a small off-white head that dissipates quickly. Fair lacing on the glass. Nice malty aroma with subtle hops. Flavor is sweet malt. Balanced hop bitterness. Medium bodied. Medium carbonation. Short, slightly dry finish.
