Pours a dark hue; taste is very strong and flavorful. After taste sticks with you for a good amount of time. Would definately drink this again (and again). Sadly, we cannot get it in Alabama. But it is in Florida and it is delicious. It is somewhat flawed. It is a bit overpoweringly alcoholic, yet the complexity of the palate and the flavour of caramel is to me a beautiful thing. I love it. I would buy it more regularly if we could get it in AL. Nose is raisin, some brown sugar. Very sweet, unbalanced. Would be hard to enjoy a whole pint. BelgianBeerGal (1302), Sabbatical in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA

Clear amber, brown colour with a medium head and good lacing. Nice roasted malt flavour but maybe a touch too sweet. Big flavour of molasses and sorghum. Still enjoyable though. ndubs360 (114), portland, Oregon, USA
