Commercial Description:
Bottom fermented pilsner style beer. Very elegant, pale in color, dry and hoppy. Its crisp clean taste is due to the extra fine Bavarian hops.

Pours pale golden yellow w/ medium semi creamy white froth. Aroma of fruity malt. Light nectar w/ ample reidual effers. Flavors are bright, fresh, crisp, and clean w/ a brisk bittering on the finish. Overall: Well done. No offensive flavors or aromas. A tastey brew indeed. One of the better specimens in it’s genre.

(Tap) Pours golden with white head. Some malty notes with an abundance of hoppy notes as well. Pretty balanced with a decent mouthfeel as well. Slightly off aftertaste.

Pours clear light yellow with nice white head that doesn’t lace much. Nose is crisp herbal hops. Flavor is medium dry, very clean, rather bright hops. Very crisp finish with lingering mild bitterness and herbal hops flavor that lasts forever. Very good Pils.
