Commercial Description:
Bottom fermented pilsner style beer. Very elegant, pale in color, dry and hoppy. Its crisp clean taste is due to the extra fine Bavarian hops.

Tasted at the San Diego International Beer Festival. Clear light yellow with no head. Cereal grain aroma and taste without much else going on.

Very pale pour with a sweet aroma. On the dry side with a good dose of hop to it. A good pilsner.

On tap at the Gamble Mill - Bellafonte, PA. Aroma was light and just a bit crackery. Poured a brilliant half liter of condensation-forming golden with a well holding white head. Flavor is rich and showed only the slightest edge of age. Otherwise, a bright, crisp thirst-slaking fresh bread and cracker pilsener malt followed up by the lightest kiss of gummy euro hops. Very fresh, bright and extremely drinkable. A really solid example.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a bright yellow-golden color with a large white head. The aroma was crisp floral hops and sweetish tangy malts. The flavor was crisp floral hops with light tart and tangy undertones. The finish was long and floral. Solid.

Got it on tap. smelled grassy, english hops, no cat piss thank god. nice and crisp, good amount of hops, well balanced. pretty hard to complain about for a lager/pilsener. went well with my food too.

Bottle. Clear golden with white head. Clean, malt, thin. Maybe to have it cold on a warm summer day.
