Jun 22, 2009 @Bear Creek Brewfest-on tap-pours a retianig white head and yellow/pale yellow color. Aroma is lime, spice hops, grain. Taste is apple/caramel-light malt/grain, secondary spice hops.

May 31, 2009 Very pale pour with a sweet aroma. On the dry side with a good dose of hop to it. A good pilsner.

May 23, 2009 On tap at the Gamble Mill - Bellafonte, PA. Aroma was light and just a bit crackery. Poured a brilliant half liter of condensation-forming golden with a well holding white head. Flavor is rich and showed only the slightest edge of age. Otherwise, a bright, crisp thirst-slaking fresh bread and cracker pilsener malt followed up by the lightest kiss of gummy euro hops. Very fresh, bright and extremely drinkable. A really solid example.

May 17, 2009 Sampled on draft this beer poured a bright yellow-golden color with a large white head. The aroma was crisp floral hops and sweetish tangy malts. The flavor was crisp floral hops with light tart and tangy undertones. The finish was long and floral. Solid.

Apr 27, 2009 Got it on tap. smelled grassy, english hops, no cat piss thank god. nice and crisp, good amount of hops, well balanced. pretty hard to complain about for a lager/pilsener. went well with my food too.
