Pours pale golden with a fine, small, creamy, white head. Aroma is sweet, some brewing cereal, bready malts, some grassy malts. Small prickly bubbles, fair dry mouthfeel. Flavour is mild, some bready sweet malts and a little bit of grassy malts. Fair pilsner, though it isn’t that spectacular.

Jun 22, 2009 @Bear Creek Brewfest-on tap-pours a retianig white head and yellow/pale yellow color. Aroma is lime, spice hops, grain. Taste is apple/caramel-light malt/grain, secondary spice hops.

Nov 6, 2004 Bottled. Pale gold with gassed head. Yeasty dry pils with a reasonable hoppiness and crisp malt. Some taste through the CO2, just a little ligtweight.
