On tap at JPDIPSO’s during the March 25th Milwaukee gathering: Pours a clear bright golden with a nicely-lacing frothy white head. Aroma is sweet, lightly toasted, and bready with a nice noble hoppiness and lager yeast character. Body starts with a sweet pale Munich maltiness nicely balanced with earthy bittering hops and a crisp bittersweet floral finish. A nice bock.

Draught. Golden, medium white head, very long lasting, and has lacing. Aroma is sweet, slightly malty. Flavor is slight malt, rubber, bread, and bitter at end. More like a ramped up pilsner to me.

(bottle 0.33 l) Intense malt and moderate hops (flowers) aroma. Average white head; pale golden, transparent body with small bubbles. Flavour is quite balanced between malty sweet and bitter; bitter finish with acidic notes. Medium body; watery texture; lightly astringent finish. Good beer both for tasting and for a complex/notable meal.

Light yellow color with decent amount of bubbles, medium head with soapy bubbles on the side of the glass. Thin, light beer with citrusy flavor and well carbonated. Smooth and refreshing, good for a cold beer in the hot summer, but nothing too special.

Pour is clear gold with a thin white head...smell is sweet and spicy with lots of pepper, lemons, and bread and dough...taste was crisp and mild with a delicate bitterness in the finish...

On tap @ JPDIPSO’s. Poured a clear medium golden with a medium cap of white head. Nose struck me as wheaty with a spicy and bready malt presence. Flavor followed suit, but added some lighter fruits, caramel, and the yeast presence became more pronounced. Very smooth and creamy with the well-balanced malts on the palate.. hint of citrusy wheat at the finish. Exceptionally drinkable... very nice.

On tap @ JPDIPSO’s. Transparent amber-gold with a booming, foamy and sudsy white head. Anise, copper, pepper and caramel allspice give it that blonde bock aromatic twang, pursued by pine sap and lemon pledge for the cleanlier aspects. Oily margarine text brings out spicy toffee. Peppered, acupuncturing feel at the mid-tongue level and a wax mold to the roof of the mouth. Blonde bock on all accords. Sugar cookies meet lemon shortbread. Tantalizing, curt pils malt and some sourdough and cornhusks. Peppery finish, and a hard role connotation with a bite.

Tap. The beer pours to a glowing golden body with a huge creamy white head that looks very nice and leaves light lacing. The aroma is floral hops. Some styrian hops perhaps? The flavor is floral hops, caramel, light pale malt. The palate is interestingly bitter.
