General66 (91), Streator, Illinois, USA Apr 13, 2008 Had this on tap at Murphy’s Logo Glass Night in Champaign, Illinois. Poured a vibrant yellow color with a small white head that disappeared quickly. The aroma consisted of grain, some light hops, and grass. The taste was nothing exciting... grainy flavor with a clean finish. I do not think I would have purchased this beer if the logo glass was not a boot-shaped glass. Oh, well... I now have another cool glass to add to my collection!

Pale golden colored brew. Crispy and grainy. Not bad, but not special. det2nj (24), Newark, New Jersey, USA Aug 12, 2008 Bright, clear yellow with decent white head. Not particularly bubbly/carbonated. Pleasantly hoppy with a nice mouthfeel, but not a distinctive flavor. junon (131), Honolulu, Hawaii, USA Aug 11, 2008 This is a fine beer but I dont get the hype. German beer this Belgian beer that. This is a typical lager done perfectly. You can describe this as classical but im standby TYPICAL. American Micro’s blow this out of the water with innovation, imo. jjuf1853 (196), Land O Lakes, Florida, USA Aug 10, 2008 Bottle pours a very clear, medium yellow with an average sized head. Aroma is slightly sweet and malty. Flavor is light, crisp, and refreshing. Not bad at all. heynik1885 (6), tonawanda, New York, USA does not count Aug 6, 2008 pours very light yellow, with medium white head, no lacing at all, taste is quite simple and bland. smell is kind of skunky not very impressive!
