Made a good appearance, poured a semi-hazing pale golden with a large foamy, almost cake-like white head that leaves a lot of ringed sticking. Had a big citrus hop aroma with traces of floral hoppiness. Good carbonation and a smooth medium bodied mouth feel, good drinkability. Taste was also a big citrus hoppy, a mild hop bitterness, a little floral, balanced by a underlining sweet maltiness, slight alcohol presence in the palate and a dry hoppy finish.

Light floral and hop aroma with the slightest sweet hint. The taste starts with a sweet and floral flavor that goes to a nice and bitter hoppy middle and a bitter hop finish. A little on the thin side, but otherwise good. Nejhleader (929), Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, USA

Lots of aromatic hops in the nose and a pleasant (but fairly strong) bitterness on the mouth. Mouthfeel is medium/light, pour is a golden with a moderate fluffy head. Quite a nice ipa. | 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Dec 28, 2005 From the bottle, pours a hazy golden with a white foamy head. Nice lacing and head resiliency. Aromas of light hops, flowers, chocolate malts. Smells darker than it looks. Tastes lightly bitter, hoppy, but not overly so. Just a hint of some fruits and citrus, and some backyard grass at the end. Really does finish clean without much aftertaste. This is a good one. Veeve (312), Winston-Salem, North Carolina, USA
