Taste is all hops, citrusy and light. One of the lighter IPAs I have sampled. Good hop taste, not much malt to back it up. Very light and crisp. Decent. euserphriendly (163), Holland, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Apr 28, 2005 good hop smell right from the beginning. The pour was a light amber, a little light for a traditional IPA. The body was just a little on the light side, but the overall blend was pretty good. Nice hop finish. Not bad. madcow75 (425), Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Apr 26, 2005 Pours yellow with a slight orange hue. Thin white head that disspiates. Aroma is mostly piney, woodsy, with some citrus. Tastes like a typical West Coast IPA, which is not a bad thing. A little watery mouthfeel. This is pretty light and drinkable for an IPA. Not bad. | 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 2/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Apr 25, 2005 Pale, translucent orange in color. Thin sheet of white for a head. Aroma is sweet, with honey, lemon grass and something starchy coming through. Nice crisp taste. Grassy, honey, herbal and pine flavors manifest. Well balanced, especially with its discernable caramel malts coupled with the dry hop assault. Finish is sweet, bitter and crisp. Also gave me quite the nice hoppy burp. A predictable IPA, but a solid rendition. Thanks to tpkenned for the bottle! rudolf (1786), Buffalo, New York, USA

Well toasted malt, really great resiny hops. Brown Sugar/cotton candy hop finish. Reminds me quite a bit of Southern Tier. Nice stuff! kwoeltje (1333), Manchester, Missouri, USA

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Apr 10, 2005 Pours pale gold w/ a large white head. Fresh, piny, grapefruity nose. Medium feel w/ light stickiness. Simple flavour of hops and bready malt. Finish is only moderately bitter. Radek Kliber (3986), Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), Ontario, Canada
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 10, 2005 This is medium bodied IPA. Starts with fairly bitter front, not bad here just not as clean finished as some tops pales are. Hopps are dominant and almost exclusive here, same with finish which is bit harsher than you might wish for.
