Apr 3, 2005 Radekfest 05 Bottle. Crisp golden yellow with a small white head. Grapefruity resin aroma. Pleasant bitterness, not much malt. Touch light on the palate. Lacklustre but quaffable.

Mar 27, 2005 This is a cloudy golden color that doesn’t produce much of a head. Hops are very noticable in both taste and aroma. Has a nice balanced flavor that makes this a nice beer to try.

Mar 19, 2005 Pours a cloudy golden brew.Nose is Almost musky and hoppy,kind of funky.Taste funky too. This brew might be a little past it’s time as the hops are gone.

Mar 10, 2005 Dry clean IPA not overly bitter. More pale ale to me. Nice light pale malt and spice body with piney and floral nose. Light in color with good alcing and easy drinking in balance.

Mar 4, 2005 Bottle: Excellent aroma. Tons of citrus aromas. Pours a dark gold with a small white head. As strong as the aroma is the flavor is a little watery. Light up front with a light hop finish. If the flavor was a little stronger this would be excellent. A little thin in the mouthfeel. Very disappointed after big expectations from the aroma, but don’t get me wrong, it’s not bad.

Feb 25, 2005 Golden amber color, fluffy off-white head. Nice, average hoppy aroma with malty caramel for balance. Hops go grassy and flowery in the taste. Unfortunately it isn’t a huge flavor, and the finish gets a bit too dry. Otherwise, its an average IPA.

Feb 23, 2005 Fairly light golden pour, lots of carbonation, small long lasting head. Intense flowery hop aroma, very clean. Sweet malts, sugary up front, then nice bittering hops. Dry, nearly astringent finish. Good IPA, a bit dull, but very easy to drink and quite refreshing, indeed.

Feb 20, 2005 Bottle...Pale straw color with a medium fizzy white head. Pour is somewhat cloudy. Flowery aroma, reminds me of some old lady’s cheap perfume. Soapy aroma also. Sweetish start, hops come into their own in the middle, not overpowering. Bittering to finish, light texture on the tongue, kinda watery even. Certainly not spectacular, I like to find a little fruitiness maybe, all this has is grapefruit. Easy to drink, but kind of boring.
