Bottled. This is my first tasting from Speakeasy Brewery.. interesting labeling. Pour is clear light amber with 1 finger white head. Excellently laced. Nose is floral and citrus. Taste is bitter, with citrus (Grapefruit) and bitter sap notes. Brightly carbonated and very compliant. Body is Medium to Medium/Light. Good overall, looking forward to trying more from these guys.

Tap at Ginger Man. Pours golden, somewhat transparent, with fizzy white head. Lots of citrus hops in the nose with a bit of pine. Flavor matches the aroma. Slightly sweet with a subdued hoppy bitterness. This is well-balanced, not really an in-your-face IPA. I like.

Bottle. Bronze beer with a strong head. The aroma is well hopped and roasted and the flavour is bitter and very well hopped. Overall a nice IPA.

Sweet resiny piney lightly citrusy hop profile is well above average. Awesome bottle and a decent price to boot. Very cool in my book.

12oz bottle from grape & gourmet. pours a fairly light, clear gold with a big, foamy white head and short lacing. aroma is very nice with fresh, slightly spicy, citrus hop notes of grapefruit and orange with a touch of pine and floral sweetness. flavor is quite solid with smooth citrus hops, a touch of pine, and a nice balance of dry, slightly sweet, caramel malts. palate is medium bodied with high carbonation and dry, hoppy finish. overall, a solid, easy drinking IPA.
