Draft. Pours a golden body with a white head. Bread y with some peachy and lemon grass character. Slick and warming with a sweet doughy note. Decent.

Tap at Rattle N Hum. Pale golden pour. The nose is quite sweet and chewy with a heavy pale malt base. A touch of yeasty spice and some lovely zesty components that are quite enjoyable as well. Peachy esters and a touch of cherry, but somehow the beer is dry enough to still maintain a nice drinkability. Light lemon/orange peel citrus that works nicely with the yeast. Moderate bitterness. Lovely stuff.

Draft. Pours gold with a white head. Sweet malty aroma with floral hops and a bit of lemon. The flavor has a light sweetness, lemon, and a bit of a buttery note. Not bad.

Fantastic creamy and vanilla flavors. Medium to full boded. Probably on of the better blonds I’ve had. No alcohol detected.

Tap at Rattle n Hum: Slightly hazy golden with an off white film of head. Big sweet malt aroma- lots of cookie malt blending with a lemon zest hop note- some buttery notes are evident. Hot flavor- warming peppery alcohol mesh with a cookie malt sweetness. Apparent diacetyl has been formed during fermentation. Just a big buttery mess.
