On tap at Stone. Golden amber with a thick creamy white head. Amazing sweet caramel grapefruit and pine aroma and taste with a silky palate and a hoppy perfume to the finish.

On Tap Hamiltons. A nice pine flavor and a midlevel sweetness. Not overwhelming but a nice biting hoppiness. ABV is present in the taste.

Bottle. A very nice I-IPA. Very full flavor and aroma of resinous citrus, pine. Strong malty backbone. Delicious hoppy finish. A fine double IPA. My full rec.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a dark orange-amber color with a medium sized yellow-white head. The aroma was sweet, piney and grapefruity. The flavor was very sweet, piney and grapefruity with a nice malt undertone though extremely sweet. The finish was long, very sweet and fruity.

Bottle courtesy of tupalev - shared with jerc. Dark amber with a small off-white head. Strong aroma of resiny hops, caramel malt, and fresh tobacco. Body is somewhat sticky. Flavour is good - big hops, but big malt as well, keeping it balanced despite the aggressiveness. Yeah, this is pretty good stuff.

Very intriguing IIPA - Kind of a sweet, tart tangerine citrus hop essence. FUll, smooth body with a nice, burnt sugar malt complex. The hops are plentiful but subtle with a dull edge. Somewhat resiny but full enough to balance it out. I was suprised by the high ABV as it is well hidden. Excellent drink.

Bottle. Orange amber body has a small beige head. Aroma has a bit of an odd funky hop character that I have smelled before but cannot quite place, and am not entirely thrilled about. Moderate bitterness in the flavour is joined by some resiny hop character, and underlying sweetness of caramel and malt. Flavour requires a bit of time to come into its own, but ends up being pleasant, albeit rather straightforward. Average palate. 6/3/7(+?)/3/13-14

12 oz. bottle. Pours a hazy golden orange color with a good sized beige head. Good carbonation. The aroma is a medly of hops: Citrus, grass, light pine. The flavor discovers a nice malt backbone with a caramel/toffee emphasis. The rest of the flavors are all hops with citrus dominating but weaker grass and pine present. The alcohol is pretty well hidden. Medium-full mouthfeel. Pretty good DIPA.
