Commercial Description:
Untouchable does justice to the American Pale Ale, enforcing a strict balance of arresting hop flavor and a smooth maltiness that's just undercover.

Poured a clear copper color. Sweet aroma with citrus and earthy hops with light malt running underneath. Malty and citrus hop flavor. The flavor and body were on the light side.

Bottle. A very light copper/amber, much like orange. Aroma of citrus and caramel hops. Taste was a little light. Mostly malt. Dry finish. Not too impressed.

Amber, white head, good lacing. Nose was fruit/citrus, caramel, and yeast. Taste was pleasantly dry.

12 0z bottle. Pours a light copper with orange hues. Small head and high carbonation. It was hard to identify any aroma, maybe some carmel notes with a slight hop nose, and yeast. Taste is very similiar, nothing to really brag about. Dry crisp finish with some lingerness on the back of the tongue. Not a bad beer purchase when on sale.

Bottle drank at the Brickskeller during RBSG 06 DC Weekend Golden, nice head and lacing. Nose of cascade and pale malt. The flavor is toasty, a bit thin, but nice fresh hops shine through in the end. Finishes a bit watery, not near enough body to carry me through to the beer hoppy land.

Ho Hum plain jane beer. Poured a light yellow small head not much lacing. Aroma was of citrus, and pine. Flavor was much the same. Mouthfeel was very thin and watery.

Pours a small white head that lasts. Thin, coating lace on top of a mostly clear yellow/gold body. Nose is greeted with plenty of citrusy hops and flowery notes. Body is light and crisp with a giddy carbonation. Citrusy hop flavors upfront, light melon notes with a hint of caramel and a light toastiness. Dry hoppy finish. Thanks to cbkschubert for the trade!

Bottle poured a clear amber with a small lingering off white head. Aromas of bread, carmel, fruitiness and a touch of honey. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of bread, light fruit and honey with a lightly sweet finish.
