Commercial Description:
Untouchable does justice to the American Pale Ale, enforcing a strict balance of arresting hop flavor and a smooth maltiness that's just undercover.

Bottle poured a clear amber with a small lingering off white head. Aromas of bread, carmel, fruitiness and a touch of honey. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of bread, light fruit and honey with a lightly sweet finish.

Bottle. Pours light gold with thin wisp of white head. Faint aroma of plastic and soap. Taste is much better than the aroma would leave you to believe. It is more malty than I would’ve thought. Some fruitiness comes through with a bready finish. Fairly light body, good amount of carbonation, easy to drink.

Almost no aroma and very little head. It may be that it’s awfully cold. Malts are much more noticeable in this beer than in the Prohibition Amber! It’s like they switched them. Not bad, but a little boring.

12oz bottle poured clear gold with some sediment, great rocky white head. Aroma is mostly spicy hops and some lemon. Taste is clean with a good balance of hops and malts with a bit too much carbonation. Overall an ok American Pale with a bit of a carbonic bite.

Bottled. A bit hazy orange colour, small off-white head. Aroma of an APA, fruits hops and some wooden hints. Strong nutty, salty and hoppy flavour along with hints of alcohol. Long fruitish aftertaste.

Had this one bottled in Rockford, Illinois. Your standard APA, not quite hoppy enough, but well balanced and drinkable. Deep yellow pour with a nice white head, aroma of hops, apples and roses, with notes of hops dissipating to a sweetness unusual in pales. Not bad.

12oz bottle shared courtesy of TomDecapolis. Opened to a loud pop proceeded by a light gush of beer over my bar. Poured a medium golden color with a large sized white head. some floaters. Aromas of lemons and other citrus fruits with caramel. Tastes of pretty much the same. I had a harder time picking out the tastes as the fizzy body detracted from them. Did I say this had a fizz body?
