Commercial Description:
Untouchable does justice to the American Pale Ale, enforcing a strict balance of arresting hop flavor and a smooth maltiness that's just undercover.

Poured a hazy orange color with a medium sized, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of pear, toffee, citrus fruits, and DMS. Taste was dry, with light citrus, straw, pine, and lightly sour. Moderate carbonation.

Pours a hazy golden orange with small floaties and a bubbly white head. Aroma of floral, sweet grapefruit and a sweet maltiness. Flavors of lemon, light malts, sweet with lots of carbonation.

12oz bottle via trade with cbkschubert! - Thanks Craig! - Pours pale amber with a sudsy offwhite head that fades back to a ring and laces a little from there. Aroma of light grains, a bit of bread, and a touch of tangerine. Flavor included grains, floral and citrus hop notes. Good clean mouthfeel and a crisp palate. Not bad.. refreshing..

Bottled. Copper brown, small off-white head. Bready, a bit fruity nose. Watery, bready malty. Tickling carbonation. Gives metallic and slightly hoppy aftertaste. Didn’t touch me.

Pours a cloudy amber brew with barely a layer of foam. Light hoppy flavor, I wouldn’t say arresting but more like least likely to commit a crime in the first place. A good summer brew fo’ so’

Pours a very clear amber color with a nice head. Lively carbonation. Spotty lacingNice citrus hop aroma. Has a floral, citrus hop flavor with some nice resiual sweetness. Not alot of malt. A smooth medium bodied beer. A very good easy drinking beer. A pleasant suprise.

From the bottle.

Pours a clear light gold with a nice white head. The aroma is a crisp, fruity blend of orange and pineapple. The flavor is mildly sweet malts and a bit less hop potency than one might have imagined from the aroma; the finish brings a bit more sweet grain than I’d like.

This is not a complex beer, nor a powerful one, nor a world-class one -- but I give it considerable credit for being exactly what I was in the mood for after an afternoon surfing. Nice.

12oz bottle. Pours a clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma of grapefruit and pine. Also some light caramel malts and a weird off flavor--but doesn’t distract too much. Taste is quite piney, gone is the off flavor, and I think I actually get the leather that <!-- i -->heemer77<!-- /i --> writes about so much in his ratings. Some bitterness is there midway through, but is gone by the finish. Light-medium bodied, moderate carbonation. I think this is a pretty good example of an APA.
