Commercial Description:
Untouchable does justice to the American Pale Ale, enforcing a strict balance of arresting hop flavor and a smooth maltiness that's just undercover.

Thanks B, for the brew.. Upon prying the cap off this sucker foamed out all over the table...then when I dumped it into my glass it exploded like champaign. Left behind a deep bubbly off-white cap that had great retension until the bottom of the glass. A bit of messy lacing. Brew is a cloudy, mucky orangish colour and filled with tons of debris. The aroma is plentiful but uninspiring. Less than fragrant, there is some grapefruit and possibly tangerine but the large presence of something similar to what you would get when you shake a tin of Ice Tea crystals, tear off the lid and then huff in the cloud of powder. There is also a thick sweetness. Don’t forget instant memories of vodka. Somewhere in here ’earthy’ crossed my mind. Taste is bland, lemony, pine, the hops remind me of vodka and the malts are almost nonexistant. Has a pop-like feel with a so-so swish. I really dislike this particular bitterness. The worst West Coast pale I’ve ever had.

"Brew appears to be copper with a yellowy haze a large white cap was produced and had terrific retention. Aroma is mild consisting of slightly bitter malts, some sour candies and citrusy hops. Flavour is very metallic, hops are noticeable and they remind of vegetable soup that’s weird. The malts are very mild and have a very earthy quality to them. Beer is light bodied and slightly over carbonated. After taste is clean and mainly containing metalicy malts this brew is very drinkable and taste ok, but its not wowing me. "

Bottle. Pretty golden color with a bright white head that thins but never disappears. Pleasant citrus and floral hop nose. Great malt/hop balance. Several flavors roll over the palate. First is a honey sweetness, then malt, a blast of floral hops, then cereal/bread malt, and a mild bitterness. Not at all heavy but a good mouthfeel. Really excellent.

12oz bottle. Hazy orange, white head. Nice aroma of hops. Clean malt character. Nice bite of hops. More hops than most IPAs. Pretty damn good.

(bottle - 12 oz) Amber pour with a thin off-white head. Aroma is light and hoppy with some malt and citrus balance. Flavor is malty and lightly sweet at the beginning with a very light hop presence. Finishes clean with a touch of bitterness and citrus. Smooth and easy drinking.

On tap at Speakeasy. Amber color with an off-white head and solid lacing. Aroma of caramel malt, toffee, and mild hops. Flavor is malty with some caramel, toffee, and some hops on the finish, but nowhere near as hoppy as their IPAs. Smooth palate, medium body. Drinkable but nothing too exciting.

This amber ale poured with a decent off-white head and a fruity aroma. There is a clean pale malt flavor that is a bit fruity, and a nice balance of hop bitterness. A good session beer.

Bottle Pours a cloudy light amber with a small white head. The seems to last well and laces good. Aroma is a good mix of malts and hops with hints of toffee. Has a good carbination and a good malty flavor. Balanced verywell. Has a good mouthfell and a medium body. Has a decent finish. This is a good drinking beer. Not great but satill good.
