Commercial Description:
Untouchable does justice to the American Pale Ale, enforcing a strict balance of arresting hop flavor and a smooth maltiness that's just undercover.

Bottle Pours a clear light amber witha large foamy head and blocky lacing. Nice sweet malty aroma that has apple and mild hop notes. Flavor is mainly a bitter piney hop slant that has a quick woody aftertaste. Lingering dry bitterness. Not particularly interesting.

Dark golden body with a creamy fingers worth of head. Resiny hoppy aroma os forthright and well rounded. Flavour is hop dominant with lots of chewy pine resin, malty undertones, and notes of wispy caramel. Medium palate (3+). Not mindblowing but well balanced and very drinkable. Nice beer. Thanks Harry or Paul(?) Probably underrated.

Very easy drinking. Has a mild hop aroma, nothing overpowering. Nice golden body, with a small white head on top. Flavor is more muted hops, though not too muted. Has a nice malt/bodied finish. Mouthfeel is right where you’d want it to be, not watery, but not syrupy either. Another nice one from Speakeasy.

This is the first beer I have had from this brewer. Sampled from a rather cool looking 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a medium yellow-gold color with a small white head that disappeared almost immediately. The aroma is sharp floral and fruity hops. The flavor is sharp floral and fruity hops with very little to back them up. No malt balance to speak of and the mouthfeel is fairly thin and watery. Not a terrible beer but it could be so much better.

Pours a light pale yellow with a decent amount of foamy white head. Aroma is extremely sweet, almost honeyish, and slight citrus, though rather weak. Flavor is likewise overly sweet, too much like honey flavored tea for my liking. Overall, not a fan.

Bottle, thanks HogtownHarry. Light orange pour, thin white head. Really nice hop (I don’t know my hops that well, but I whenever I smell something like this, I think "American Hops") and citrus aroma. Mouthfeel is slightly watery and thin but there is still considerable flavour here - appropriately bitter and tea like (I was having a hard time finding the right word, but I see others have noted the tea like qualities as well). Certainly is too watery, but otherwise, quaffable and a solid American Pale. Nice bottle as well. Really interesting trying this back to back with an American made English style pale as well.

This is a nicely balanced brew, tarnished brass in color with a soon-to-be-halo, frothy white head. It’s got a nutty caramel aroma overlaid with orange and lemon hop scents. The flavor is an atrfully blended combination of the malt and hop tastes. Having a mildly bitter aftertaste, this is a refreshing ale well suited for session work.
