(hand pump at Toronado in SF) Hazy gold. Good head for a hand pump. Fruity and hops flavor. Slightly sweet finish. (bottle at Pizzaria Paradiso in DC) similar; nice balance of hops and malt; nearly the perfect beer with pizza

I am noticing on my bottle it says "untouchable we’re watching 002" is this the bottling year? I don’t believe this particular brew is designed for aging. Perhaps I purchased an old bottle. ( or maybe I am just stupid and I am reading it wrong) Anyway here goes.... poured dandelion yellow with creamy white head. Grassy, fruity hop aroma with lots of sediment. Flavor seems to border on faint carmel/grapefruit and water. Extremely light bodied and bland. Nice pleasant hoppy finish. Overall, you really have to concentrate to find any flavor here. Like I said I am not sure if I bought an old bottle or if this is the way it should be. I will have to try a different bottle and re-rate.

Pours a luminous deep golden with a nice head with lace. Yeasty, doughy nose. Malts were subtly sweet, mild, and bready. Hops were citrusy (lemonade), piney, and somewhat floral. Dry, hoppy finish with a decent amount of bitterness residing on the tongue. Clean, flavorful, and very easy to drink.

Clear gold in color with a small but lasting white head. Aroma is citric and pineapple with sweetness. Flavor is sweet with hop taste and a light bitterness. Very easy to drink.

Light golden brown color. Floral , fruity hop aroma. Nicely blanced citric hop flavors with some decent malt flavors. A little thin.

Crystal clear, golden ale with a small, creamy, white head. Excellent retention with weeping lacework. The aroma is of honey, black pepper, grapefruit and toffee. The flavor is lightly malty and moderately hopped with notes of toffee, honey and pink grapefruit. Medium-bodied with a silky mouthfeel and medium-carbonation. Lengthy, bitter, grassy finish.

(12-ounce bottle) This is a pretty standard pale ale, featuring a flavorful, biscuity maltiness and a moderate hops bitterness that is nicely in balance; Stays fairly consistent throughout with no unpleasantness; A mildly smoky flavor pops up in the finish; Malty, biscuity nose seems to echo the flavor fairly well; Pale golden color and fairly cloudy; Off-white head has good size on the pour and decent head retention but nothing special there; Lacing in minimal

Very nice color and a thin white head that sticks around. Smooth taste that hits the sweet and slightly bitter parts of the palate. The colder the better with this one.
