Bottled. A hazy light golden beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of spices, citrus, and acorn. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of spices, especially cardemomme, but also notes of acorn, leading to a spicy finish. Thanks fonefan and Brugmansia for sharing.

(Bottle 30 cl) Courtesy of fonefan. Clear pale golden with a nice white head. Interestingly spicy and somewhat perfumy nose. Medium body, sweetish, fruity and perfumy - but not in an unpleasant cloying way. Dry and lightly bitter finish. Quite interesting. 031008

Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20081003]

Bottle, 6%. The aroma comes off a little teaish and quite spicy. Cloudy yellow colour, small white head. The flavour is also teaish, with coriander and bonbon. Ends with a little yeast note. A little strange, but nice enough. Acorn beer?

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is really fruity, vanillaish and slightly nutty. A bit sweet teaish notes too. Flavour is spices, nuts, some fruits and dry like tea. Really pleasantly balanced brew.

Bottle, courtesy of a hardcore Danish crew
Cloudy pale blond color. Strange aroma, spicy and nutty (peanuts). The flavor is lightly sour, possibly infected, sweetish, and nothing else worth mentioning. Poor.
