Commercial Description:
If ever there were a test of Canadianness, the final question might simply be a pint of Red Leaf Lager, chilled and sparkling fresh. With a hint of carmel added, this lager offers no bitter attitude and goes smooth and polite, in true Canadian fashion.

Pours from a 2 liter bottle an amber color with a thin, white head and a lot of carbonation. Aroma is very unique. A slight toasted note, a medicinal, Hall’s vapor rub note, and finishes with a very sweet, salty Play-Doh like aroma. Flavor is bad. A very, very pungent floral, a Hall’s cough drop feeling, light toasted malt note and quite a bit of yeasty note. Body is thin, texture is slightly oily and a lot of carbonation. Overall a pretty bad tasting brew. As it warms it gets a bit better but overall the aroma and flavor are just not very good.
