Bottle, thx to fonefan. A hazy, golden-orange beer with a small, beige head. Slightly sour and chalky nose with some roasted maltyness. Sourish, fruity, slightly chalky flavor with a good bitterness lasting. Some sourness, citrus and roasted malt too in the finish. Medium body. Ok, so it’s a drinkable beer. Still there’s some unwanted flavors and aromas indicating it’s going bad. (080822)

Bottle. Dark red copper with a solid, lacing yellowish head. Fruity aroma with toffee. Good spicy flavours, some smoked notes, ending quite dry. Fruity and spicy hops. Noticeable alcohol. Likeable.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a lacing white head. Mild spiced and hoppy aroma. Mild smoked and smooth alcohol presence to a dry malty base flavour. Strange mix yet not unpleasant. Smooth malty and slight cornish finish. Dry and smoked too.

Bottle. Copper coloured with a thin head. Aromas are toffee malts and raisins with alcohol and spices. Flavours are floral with berries and raisins. Sweet toffee malts with bitter roast notes and some nuttiness. Earthy, spicy hops towards the finish with alcohol quite evident.

Cask gravity at Ashford Rugby Club BF 2007. Attractive reddy russet colour with lasting beige head. Sweet bubblegum aroma, sweet malts. More bubblegum in mouth along with juicy raisins. Alcohol is present but not too crude. Good warming beer with plenty of chewy malt and some pepper on end.
