50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a fizzy white head. Aroma is malty, fruity and smoked. Dry smoked and mild estery wheaty flavoured. Dry and smoked lingering finish. Smooth and simplistic.

At brewpub, assume was bottled. Looks rustic with irregular haze, a dark ochre hue and a thinner-than-average head for a weizen. Aroma has lovely esters, fruitiness and banana. Has a distinct character, though, and smells inviting. The body is a bit thin. Finishes dry and watery. Is actually shockingly dry, grainy, and much less yeasty than it smells.

Dull tan. Quite murky - there are actually yeast strata in this. Very yeasty aroma almost goes in a barnyard direction with its woody accent and orchard fruity elements (peach, pear). Quite fizzy, even for a weissbier. Yeasty palate with hints of apple. Yeasty-dry finish. No smoke!

[Bottle @ Odense Tasting, 14th February 2009, remembered for Carsten BeerMouths fantastic 3 meals highend gastronomy.] From Bamberg! Although it’s long time I’ve tasted these brewdrops I remember weak smoke and with a boring, but sweet flavor.

50cl bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a white foam and lacings. Nose is yeast and wheat. Smooth palate. A bit thin. Hints of banana and wheat. Overall vague and anonymous. Where is the smokey notes? Rerating tap @ brewpub juli 09. Orange peel, wheat. Lots of malts. Balanced, perhaps simple, but very tasty. A whole new beer on draft. 2,7 - 3,3

Thank you, Beerbiker
Pours orange-yellow with a little haze. Nice, creamy, white head. Fine duration. Sweet aroma, quite malty and with slight banana notes. Just an inkling of smoke. Fair mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Sweet flavour, some wheat and banana notes. Very weak smoke note.
