(Draught) A thin, pale brown stout with little head. Nostil was meek, with tidings of clover under the cover of a melding mild cheese. Almost a Gouda, or perhaps a close Edam. Draw after draw, this thin bronze glaze would encapsul me: "So little a flavour will display itself: something malty, something bitter." Nothing terribly interesting of note. Perhaps some honey if you look hard enough? Plain. Just "plain" - would be a good way to describe it. Or un-fun is you are even less sophisticated. Bland. Boring. Plain. Un-fun.

Feb 23, 2008 At the brewpub. UK style stout with local honey. Roast is there and it smoothly blends with the honey. Honey coated mouthfeel. Off-white head on lack withactive carbonation and lactose.
