ciderguy (97), Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, USA Apr 27, 2003 From the great Northwest comes a pleasant surprise. The nose was typical cider, light and sweet with a hint of apples. Its pour was as pale as any I've ever seen, reminded of pouring a ginger ale. It has a nice flavor begining to end with a pleasant light aftertaste. More sweet than dry. Over all I'd say really enjoyed this one.
after4ever (1752), Brier, Washington, USA Sep 1, 2008 12-oz. Pours a crystal clear pale yellow with a thin white rim. Big sour green apple nose--not the pleasant sharp tartness of a crisp granny smith, more like the smell of apples that have been lying around in the fridge for a while. Musty and cardboardy as well. Still, watery body. Lots of white sugar and a somewhat synthetic green apple taste on the mid-palate. Longish, sweetish finish. Not much of a cider. Enniskillen (1589), Port Angeles, Washington, USA Aug 3, 2008 Gold with no head. Aroma is lightly tart, with a red delicious like sweetness, apple peel. Taste is sweet with a light tartness with some spice. bhensonb (3008), Woodland, California, USA Jul 12, 2008 Very pale golden color with just a few bubbles. Fresh crisp apple aroma. Near medium body with light, but biting, carbonation. Flavor is tart green apple skin with a bit of sugar. Finish is neither sweet nor dry. Rather refreshing, and there is hardly any cooked apple aspect to it. Decent. killjoy966 (96), USA Apr 19, 2008 Not much of a smell to it. Looks pale and tastes sweet, almost like a soda. Highly drinkable if cider is your thing. AlabastorJones (627), San Francisco, California, USA Feb 28, 2008 bottle. clear apple juice by the looks of it, no head, tart yeasty apple nose, sweet candy apple flavor, crispy, malty sort of beerish backbone, refreshing and well done, clean and bright
