Pub (4102), Banbury, Oxfordshire, England May 11, 2008 Cask conditioned at Banbury Beer Fest ’08. Red amber with white head. A good full flavoured bitter, darker roast with a slight powdery note. Some roasty bitterness, an orange zest, a little oily hop. Good reasonable stuff.
wyzzywyz22 (385), Wirral, Merseyside, England May 7, 2008 Cask, Hoylake Lights. Dark ruddy amber, lingering thin biege head. Malty aroma and flavour. Softish mouthfeel. Hint of orange peel interspersed with feint hopiness, finishes slightly dry and bitter.

Some roast aroma. Amber coloured and slightly hopped with a little bitterness and dryness in a crisp roast malt finish.
