The label doesn’t bother to tell us which grains though. Hazy orange with a fine, fizzy head - almost like a "Hefe-Weizen". Considering all the cereals you get this has surprisingly little flavour. Quite dry with an underlying sweetness and almost no bitterness. When you make the effort of producing a rather complicated beer, why do you want to derive it all character? 020103 Dorqui (1361), Brescia, Italy

Slighly estery, wheaty, slight hint of banana, pretty innofensive, neutral sort of flavour. Spiesy (2333), Global Citizen, Greater London, England
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jul 1, 2004 Bottled. White foggy body, dense looking white beer. So dense in fact it looked heavy to pick up. Thinnish, neutral, non-offensive flavour. Easy drinking when cold on a hot day. | 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Jun 29, 2004 Beer #9 at Spiesy’s. The last of the Swiss run brought over by cousin Marty (and thanks to him for doing the honours) that looked as if it might be more interesting. Multigrain mash (5 grains presumably). Unfiltered, so a cloudy gold colour. Some yeast in the aroma. Unfortunately, it was back to dull city once I actually started tasting it. I agree with Silk though that is was the best of the Swiss beers.
