Mar 21, 2009 Looks like a witbeer should in all respects, yeasty aroma, not much spice or pepper in the flavor, some nice wheat character, a bit too hoppy for my tastes for a beer this light. definate hop finish

Nov 18, 2008 Wow, what a neat brewery. Pour a hazy yellow, with a smell of spice and coriander. Very smooth going down, lite body, with spice of pepper and coriander.

Jan 23, 2008 I had this recently and my buddy’s bon voyage party, not bad...not bad... Typical cloudy citrusy witbier, nice subtle tastes of spice and wheat. He got this in a half keg, and it came out a-ok. I would recommend to all those throwing parties out there to a local brew like this instead of the beast or miller lite.

Oct 7, 2007 On tap at the KSBF ’07. Poured a deep and cloudy golden color with smaller sized head. Aromas of corriander, spices, citrus and yeast. Tastes of spices, citrus, with some wheat in the background.
