Commercial Description:
We started with a Trappist Triple yeast culture and carefully blended Belgian pale barley malt with traditional malted wheat and oats to produce a delectable golden ale. This special brew is aged 12 weeks creating a fruity nad refined taste with a huge bouqet, light body, and a very smooth, non-bitter finish. Best served at 55 degrees F.

BOTTLE: hazy amber pour, fruit and citrus on the nose and on taste. Mild Belgian spice profile, decent tripel, but not great.

Take this with a grain of salt - another crappy sub par attempted knock off of a beguim abbey...this beer is a monster disappointment. No head. No carb (which is good) and no aroma of importance...kinda flat. Copper colour. A bit bananananananie, slightly hoppy and sweet. On the plus side, you’d have no idea this is 8.4% until the head spins. Will not purchace again. I know this is a crap write up, but I think this is a pretty pathetic attempt to hit this style.

Bottle. Pours a hazy amber body with an off white head. Sweet alcohol latent fruits with hints of apricots, pear, candy and turpentine. Full and chewy with a can sugar sweetness and a bubblegum finish. Not a bad beer, poor for the style.

Bottle from Total Wine. Pours a brackish orange body and a creamy, small off-white head that I enjoyed getting on my nose. The aroma contains roasty nuts, fruity coriander, and subtle soapy, dry yeast. Flavors are similar with the addition of grains, more coriander and oats, and a slight alcohol burn. Soft carbonation and medium body. Not bad for the style.

(bottle - 16 oz) Copper pour with a fizzy off-white head. Aroma is sweet and fruity with some light spice and a touch of banana. Flavor has the same fruity notes at the beginning with a spicy and yeasty middle. Finishes sweet and fruity with some hints of banana and clove and a mild alcohol warmth.

Bottle Pour.Copper pour, good white head.Smell is fruity more on the citrus side. The flavor is light with mellow sweetness coming through, alcohol isn’t overpowering, finishes well almost a bland banana sweetness.I liked this and would drink it again.

Bottle (16oz). Pours a slightly hazy copper-orange with a small diminishing fizzy off-white head. Aroma’s sweet, sugary and fruity along with yeast and a hint of spices. Flavour: Nice, I like the spices -- it’s still sweet and yeasty but the fruit and spices make it more tasty to me. Some bitterness and alcohol in the finish. Medium bodied. Pretty good, I liked it and it’s not one of my favourite styles.
