Commercial Description:
We started with a Trappist Triple yeast culture and carefully blended Belgian pale barley malt with traditional malted wheat and oats to produce a delectable golden ale. This special brew is aged 12 weeks creating a fruity nad refined taste with a huge bouqet, light body, and a very smooth, non-bitter finish. Best served at 55 degrees F.

Bottle. Aroma is malty, with fruit and yeast. Cloudy orange body, very thin head. Flavor is malty and fruity, with alcohol making itself present. Not too sweet, and the finish is decent.

Aroma and flavor of fruit and honey. Not particularly tripel-like at all. Actually seems to be almost the same beer as their maibock! Unimpressive, though not that bad tasting.

Pours orangeish amber with heavy white head. Aroma of fruit and grain with a bit of caramel. Slightly fruity with a strong yeast presence. Disappointing.

Hazy golden with a slight amber hue.... Aroma of sweet candy and yeast, lots of yeast... Flavor is mildly spicy, average at best.... Finish is non-descript... This is average at best for a triple, the saving grace is the price...

Nice yeasty/spicy aroma, and pale yellow color. As a local brewery attempting to do an abbey triple, I was very impressed with the overall flavor of the beer. Would definitely buy this again as a cheaper version of more expensive imported triple.

Pours golden with lots of white head, that leaves a spider trail of lace. Sweet yeasty aroma. Average mouthfeel, smooth drinking. Not very sophisticated, not a bad one.

16 oz. bottle - Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Very light lacing. Aroma is esters, spice, and yeast. Flavor is sweet malt, esters, spice, and yeast. Soft mouthfeel with some lingering malt cloying. Medium body. A nice beer.
