Commercial Description:
We started with a Trappist Triple yeast culture and carefully blended Belgian pale barley malt with traditional malted wheat and oats to produce a delectable golden ale. This special brew is aged 12 weeks creating a fruity nad refined taste with a huge bouqet, light body, and a very smooth, non-bitter finish. Best served at 55 degrees F.

A great beer. murky blond. It remidned me a lot of back home in Belgium. A smell that is characteristic of Belgian yeast, a typical Belgian abbey. A strong nose, some orange, but mostly covered by yeast and distinct taste of wheat and oat. Seved close to room temperature. The 8.4% really come alive and give this beer a nice kick. Very impressed.

Pours murky golden with a small white froth. Fruity, yeasty, huge coriander and bubble-gum aroma. Sweet flavor of coriander, very malty, lightly yeasty and fruity. Eh... Weak lightly fizzed body, not one of Sprecher’s best.

Thin head of fine bubbles. Light carbonation. Malty aroma with lots of orange and corriander and other spices. Some yeast and lemon also. Cloudy yellowish orange in color. Sweet and malty flavor with more spices (coriander) and honey. Noticable alcohol presence. Finishes sweet and honey like. A decent triple.

Pours a cloudy golden orange color creating a dense, tight bone white head. Superb foam retention throughout the chalice with impressively thick sheets of lacing noted. Nose was quite subdued, but very clean and fresh with notes of yeast, lemon, spices, fresh cut hay and a touch of banana and light caramel candy waffing in the background. Mouthfeel was almost perfect; creamy smooth, full and round with just the right amount of carbonation. Flavor was a tad more assertive than the aromas. Notes of fresh yeast rolls, lemon candy, sweet red apples, vanilla, tangerine and spices are enjoyed. Overall quite sweet, but a quick, faint herbal/hop bitterness cuts in nicely in the finish. Goes down real easy and at 8.4% is quite refreshing and smooth. Surprisingly tasty!!

Smells like maneshevitz wine, sweet. Apricot amber color, light minimal head. Isn’t well carbonated. Flavor is sweet, malty, alcohol very present. Not a good beer. Not a very memorable rating number 250, ha.

Bottle. Pours orange with an off white head. Aroma is big on banana, with nutty, nutmeg, cinnamon, and brown sugar notes. Medium/full body. Flavor is over ripe banana, nutmeg, and brown sugar. Nice.
