Pours clear dark brown, with a tan head. Aroma is bourbon, malt, dark fruit, and vanilla. Flavor is bourbon, dark fruit, malt, oak, vanilla, and alcohol. Body is too thin. Pretty decent overall, but you have to like strong bourbon flavors.

Sep 5, 2008 Deep reddish colour with a tan head. Malty, fruity and almost sugary sweet aroma with vinous notes. Malty, fruity and quite vinous flavor with notes of bread and wood.

Aug 2, 2008 Aroma of bourbon and caramel. The beer has a very nice red colour, but with not head (more or less). The flavor is of bourbon, but not as good as the aroma, it lags something. The beer has a rather thick body.
