| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 29, 2008 Murky brown with fading brown head. Aroma is sweet with caramel, but frowsy like toe funk (brevibacterium linens?). Sour soy saucy tastes with some cherry notes. Bourbon character is there, but perhaps overtaken by some lactic edge. Kinda reminds me of SA Triplebock lite. $12/1L esjaygee (1578), Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA

Taste of sweet malt, toffee, bourbon and mild alcohol. Usually I hate these bourbon things, but this one was passable as the bourbon wasn’t overpowering.
