Commercial Description:
Celebrating 20 years of remarkably good taste! Characterized by a medium-body & dry well-balanced finish, this deep brown porter brewed with Dutch cocoa and pure raspberry extract evokes chocolate, caramel and fresh tart raspberries. Keeping our specialty product cool, still & dark pays rewards in flavor changes over the next year or more.

3 yrs old. Bottle from whole foods market on Peterson. Dark brown with smal tan head. Aroma is big raspberries with very sweet roasted and chocolate like cocoa. Flavor is much the same. Body is medium to thin with little carbonation. This might be good as a chocolate bar, but too sweet for a beer. No aged notes coming out either.

Pours a dark opaque brown color with a small fizzy khaki head. Nose of coffee, roasted malts and some sour lactic. Initial taste begins with a deeply roasted malt with touches tart raspberry. Mid palate of cocoa and caramel. Short palate duration. Mouthfeel is lightbodied and easy drinking. Good head retention and some lacing of the glass.

Pours dark mahogany with abrown frothy head. Aroma of caramel and tart raspberries, with a dusting of cocoa. Sweet cocoa and caramel is followed by tart raspberries in the flavor. Dark, bitter chocalate and coffee in the finish. Medium mouthfeel with moderate carbonation.

Bottle. Dark brown/black body, small head, nose of green olives, raspberry, chocolate, toffee. Starts with an olive note, reveals raspberry notes with typical porter flavors. Slightly watery,
