Mar 5, 2007 Pours a firey red with a nice dirty white head. Nice banana, toffee, nose with hints of some other grainy malt sweetness and a hint of smoke. Nice light carbonated mouthfeel with a biscuity sweet flavor giving hints of toffee as well. A nice light floral hoppiness carries on through the finish. A suprisingly good beer.

Jan 20, 2007 16oz bottle. Poured a medium and slightly hazy amber color with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas of fruitiness, cookie dough, and I’m getting a light spiciness to it. Tastes of cookie dough, lightly fruity, and some caramel.

Oct 2, 2006 (Bottle, Stockholm Beer Festival, 30 Sep) Amber colour with disappearing off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with some malt sweetness and notes of figs and dates. Same goes for the taste: malty and fruity with figs and raisins. Initially sweet, turning into a drier finish with flowery hops. Well balanced and tasty.

Sep 29, 2006 [Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival] Clear golden. Buttery malt aroma. Medium sweet with chewy, buttery malt character. Crisp with light grassty hoppiness and solid body. Thoroughly well made pale bock.
