Commercial Description:
SPRING - Pale malty flavors are balanced with a rich hop flavor and a light fruit bouquet in this tradtitional spring-time lager. Extended aging and traditional dry-hopping give this potent, blonde bock a distinctive flowery aroma.

On tap at the UWM Gasthaus. Thin, off-white head, had a clear amber color. Faint aroma of malt. Flavor is similarly malty, slightly buttery, with a bit of a spicy note (coriander?) Dominated by alcohol flavor. Mouthfeel is decent, on the thin side. but it goes down well. Kind of a tame beer.

At Three cellars tasting. Sweet aroma w/ some hops in there. Bitter finish. Not too bad.

Bottle from the brewery. Amber body with with medium, fizzy short lasting head. Aroma of yeast, fresh noble hops, pleasant. Yeasty flavor, with subtle caramel, large fresh noble hops, very drinkable. Medium creamy body. A very nice sessionable lager, reminds me a lot of Beersel Blond.

Clear golden-amber with good, foamy white head / Plain corn nose / Light, syrupy body, watery, with fair and sweet finish / Simple flavors of corn and spun sugar with floral undertones, and undistinguished bitter finish.

Pours dark amber with a thin head which disperses rather quickly. From an English pint glass. Rich in taste and full of flavour, lively and can tell has %. Lacking a bit of charm or charisma

(Bottle) Not quite sure how old this bottle was, but here it goes. Pours a dark golden color without much head. Malty aroma included sweet caramel notes. Taste includes biscuits, grain, toffee and some grass. Light fruity notes as well. Average mouthfeel and above average carbonation. A pretty good beer.

Bottle: The aroma consists of buttery caramel, fruit, and rabbit food. It pours a transparent golden-orange with a minimal white head. The flavor starts with tons of caramel, light toffee, and faint fruit. The finish has hints of apple, nuts, and grassy bitterness. Medium boded with somewhat lively carbonation.

Bottle at Chris´s, october 07. Fruity aroma, some superior alcohol notes. Shinny deep golden colo with almost no head. Strong malty aroma, some fruity notes. A bit clumsy though. Medium to full mouthfeel. Warming but a bit over the top and clumsy. OK strong lager.
