2008-08-16. Lightly hazy golden body, small film of a white head. Aroma is amazingly spicy filled with pizza evoking basil and oregano, predominantly the latter. Flavour is similar with lots of oregano and not a lot else. The base beer seems to be pretty mild. Even the touches of garlic others found were largely overshadowed by green oregano. Average bodied palate borders on light, but suits it I think. Smells really good to me, tastes just okay, a novelty that was better than it had any right to be. Interesting to say the least. Bottle, shared by Swoopjones

Bottled. Drinking a whole one of these myself, it is a lot different than the tiny sample I had from everyone’s favorite ASN comic writer a couple months ago. The "pizza flavors" in this one are actually rather subdued, with only a mild cheesiness and oregano. I actually kind of like it. A pretty easy drinking beer, doughy, smooth.

bottle shared with Mabel, Jerc & Rudolf. Didnt mind this in terms of a new beer fronteir. Aromas of tomato & oregeno. Marinara scent. Pours a plain Jane yellow which was suprising considering the aroma. Taste has tomato, oregeno, some other pizza spices. Cant drink much of it but interesting.

Holly Marry Mother of God, what the fuck were these people thinking. . . If you can get past the Disgusting nose on this brew from hell, you taste pure CRAP. It almost made me loose my lunch when i forced myself to swallow this tird of a beer. Pizza Spices, Rotting Tomato Funk, and a disgusting after taste. Goes good with Pizza ? LOL Goes even better when you see it go down the sink.

Pours dull orange, no head. Aroma very much like pizza. I picked up some tomatoes, dough, and basil. Tastes kind of boring, but the tomatoes show through more in the flavor. Watery, flat.

16oz bottle. The aroma was of seasonings when smelled directly from the bottle, but it smelled more like milk after I poured it. Poured a clear golden color. The head was bubbly, white, and reduce to a thin film relatively quickly. No lace was left behind. Light bodied and dry. Tasted like a seasoned cracker and a mouthful of crappy pale lager.

Tried it, however couldn’t get past the smell, after two small sips I was done. I’ve never thrown a beer away before but this one I had to, no one else would take my curse. They however did what was intended, it’s like drinking a pizza.
