Bottle shared by bockyhorsey at hellbilly’s holiday tasting. Light beer with tomato paste, basil and garlic flavors. Not much else to say about this one! I have always been curious, so I’m glad I got to try it. Thanks B & W!

12oz bottles shared by Bockyhorsey at hellbilly’s holiday tasting. Pours cloudy gold with a small white head. The nose is canned tomato sauce for the most part. The taste is malt and spicy tomato sauce. You can taste the oregano even. Lighter mouthfeel. Interesting beer, but not very good. Thanks for bringing in Bill!

This one is the wife’s fault. She bought and made us all drink at the tasting. Bottle from WI. Aroma of tomatoes and spices in the mix. Appearance is yellow to orange with white head. Tomato juice flavor with some spicy chaulk mix that I don’t even know what it was. Glad I was able to share the bottle so that I didn’t have to drink it all myself.

This atrocity was forced upon us by bockyhorsey and we loved it even if we didn’t. :) Pours a yellow to orange color with a white head. Aroma is canned tomatoes malt and yeast. Flavor is a touch of sweetness, stewed tomatoes, basil, oregano, feet. Strange brew, extra points for the attempt but this isn’t very good.

16 0z bottle with a twist off cap. There is even some sediment in there. Smells somewhat like tomatoes and basil. Lots of sparkling carbonation which maintains a decent white head. Pale lager looking but the sediment makes it cloudy near the end of the pour. Yes, it initially has a pizza and beer background. Interesting. Better tasting than I anticipated. It is a little like eating pizza and beer. Not much cheap lager, this is more like a mild ale. However, I do sense more than 5% even tho it is listed as 4.7% here. Yes, beleive it or not, this is a pizza flavor and beer. Fisnish is burping pizza. Not bad for what it is!

So this has been sitting in my fridge for far too long. Since I’m having pizza tonight, I should finally drink this thing. Pours a dirty yellow with a thin white head. Smell that oregano and tomato with grainy malt. Fizzy body. Initial pale malt flavors that become dirty and herbal in a bad way. That oregano and herbal flavors carry through to the long bad finish.

Bottle. Do you ever wish you could un-taste something. If so, this would go into that category. Smelled like Chef Boyardee ravioli and tasted about the same. Good for a gag at a party, not much more.

Pale yellow topped by a light white head. Ridiculously funny beer! Smelling of basil, rosemary and.. did I catch tomatoes in there? But only regular beer spices would not be too bad were it not for the Garlic and olive oil components. Expressive indeed, yet in mouth, it’s a downfall: a dull spicy, fizzy mess with no hops. Yet its carbonation is most fortunate to clean the oiliness. Sad but true.
